Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system detects any address issues, our customer support team will reach out via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience lost or stolen packages during shipping. Once we hand over the package to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contactlanania@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. Most courier companies have a claims process and may require additional information from you. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to ensure the claim is processed and provide you with updates.
Please note that Lanania is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, as this falls outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything possible to assist you in resolving the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered.
In some cases, the courier may locate the package and complete the delivery. If the package cannot be found, we recommend filing a police report.
