Cancellation Policy

To make any changes or cancellations to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will likely have entered the processing phase. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you are still unsatisfied, you may return the items within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take care to ensure that our products are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Please note that minor damage to packaging during shipping, such as dented boxes, is not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at contactlanania@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Lanania is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is used and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
